A Black and Camel OOTD

IMG_6925

It can be such a drag to style looks in the dead of winter when its so damn chilly, but I’m starting to have a little fun bundling up. Of course there are days that require a rather large parka, but on the days that I can get away with it, I opt for layers and the best accessories to keep me warm.

While this Le Chateau coat isn’t exactly a parka, it still keeps me warm during the winter, so then all it takes is a long sleeve layered under a fuzzy turtleneck, a hat to have my head covered and the most comfortable ankle booties and the voila! I’m warm, cozy and still look put together. Lately I’ve been Christmas shopping (when taking a break from shopping for others of course) for cozy sweaters and coats that are easy to layer. I do have a new parka that I’ll be sharing on the blog in the next few weeks, but on the days when I can, I’m in a fluffy faux fur coat and cozy layered pieces to help keep me warm.

It’s a struggle, but I don’t think you have to suffer to look chic in the winter!

What are some of your winter styling tips?
