I picked up this Joe Fresh vest jacket a few years ago in NYC and after months of debate, I decided to cut the sleeves and make it a vest. I loved the jacket, don’t get me wrong, but its boxy shape made it an ideal fit for a vest. Not to mention the tartan print just screams layering!
